We are looking for two Highly motivated, Career oriented individuals to join our Chevrolet Internet Sales Team. Courtesy Chevrolet is growing the eSales Team as more car and truck buyers are turning to the web for their vehicle research and buying activities...
The Internet Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for receiving and responding to web based electronic inquiries (leads) and incoming phone calls that result from prospects and customers visiting multiple Courtesy Chevrolet and associated web sites. The ISS will be evaluated based on performance standards that measure how many leads were converted to showroom visits and how many of those showroom visits resulted in a sale.
Successful candidates for this position will be fully capable and experienced at both traditional and Internet-based automotive sales processes. In this position you will be required to execute customer communications via email, telephone and face-to-face in a manner that conforms to the standards and processes put into effect by the CRM/eBusiness Director (Ralph Paglia) and Courtesy Chevrolet's management team.
An ISS must show up for work on time, per the Internet Sales Manager’s published schedule and conduct himself/herself in a manner compatible with the existing corporate culture, and general policies and procedures of Courtesy Chevrolet.

Qualifications and Duties include the following:
1. Execute Sales Process in Accordance with Courtesy Chevrolet Sales Strategies
2. Sell cars and trucks using email, phone and face-to-face communication skills
3. Show up for work on time and as scheduled by Chevrolet Internet Sales Manager
4. Attend weekly meetings for both the dealership and the eSales department
5. Use a personal computer for email, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, web sites and MS office applications such as Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
6. Respond to Internet Leads within 30 minutes of receiving them by using our CRM tool (direct one-on-one training provided) and providing price quotes on actual vehicles in Courtesy Chevrolet's inventory.
7. Call prospects within 45 minutes of receiving a new lead, confirm that they have received the email you sent and schedule a showroom appointment.
8. Set appointments for dealership visits with at least 30% of prospects received
9. Achieve Lead-to-Dealership conversion rate of 18%+ on new leads received
10. Sell at least 50% of prospects who visit the dealership after submitting a new lead
11. Achieve an overall Lead-to-Sales closing ratio of 10% or higher
12. Attend training and complete testing requirements to become GM Certified to receive GM Certified Internet Dealer leads
13. Utilize personalized Courtesy Chevrolet email templates for communications
14. Utilize Courtesy Chevrolet telephone word tracks as guidelines for process and flow of customer phone contacts
15. Select multiple vehicles for each Internet lead and respond to that lead with price quotes on those vehicles within the first 30 minutes of receiving a new lead.
16. Execute Courtesy Chevrolet’s pricing strategy when responding to leads in a way that profitably competes for the Internet customer both on-line and off-line
17. Execute the Courtesy Chevrolet sales process in a consistent yet flexible manner that results in a customer experience designed to achieve the highest sales ratios
18. Register all sold customers in GM programs designed specifically to tie them to Courtesy Chevrolet… www.My-Chevy.com
19. When assigned by manager; register, schedule and attend Internet training and information seminars designed to learn the latest processes and techniques for automotive eBusiness
Internet Sales Training is ongoing and provided by managers, suppliers and outside eBusiness Consultants brought to Courtesy Chevrolet at dealership expense.
